SMC's EZ-Roll Track systems are an efficient and cost-effective way to move, stage, store and load rolls of material. These manual track systems can improve throughput and enhance safety by eliminating the need for clamp trucks and complex machinery - allowing operators to easily manipulate heavy rolls or reels weighing up to 5,000 lbs. with minimal effort. Our manual track systems are used in a variety of applications including converting, flexible packaging, folding carton, and commercial/newspaper printing plants across the USA.
Our SMC EZ-Roll manual track system is designed with a robust steel frame construction and flush floor installation. The tracks are totally encased in concrete, eliminating any trip hazards. This versatile design allows for multiple roll dollies to be placed along any part of the track section as needed. Accessories are available to facilitate lifting, loading, kicking, pushing, catching and rotating heavy rolls.
